With capacity for five people, it has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms —one outdoors—, offering the ideal space for both families and groups of friends.

The interior combines simplicity and practicality: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with television and free WiFi, plus fans distributed throughout the house to ensure a pleasant atmosphere on the warmest days.

Outside, the spacious terrace with porches invites you to have breakfast in the open air, share dinners in good company or simply relax at dusk. For the most gastronomic, the portable barbecue adds a special touch to the evenings.

The location is, without a doubt, one of its great attractions: within walking distance you will find mini-markets, cafes and multiple services that will make your stay even more comfortable, without needing to depend on the car. Parking is easily done on the street, just next to the accommodation.

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotaxa, which must be paid by each guest over 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotaxa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / Mastercard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

As required by law, we must request copies of ID cards or passports for all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.

The deposit of 300 Eur will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
