The House has a privileged location to be in front of the sea and to be connected to the picturesque town of Alcudia where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, theatres and the artisan market that is celebrated on Tuesdays and Sundays.
The house, on one level has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and an excellent terrace.

Distribution:
The living room with sofa, TV and dining table organizes the life of the house. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The terrace has a barbecue and a table for eating outdoors and sun loungers.

Air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
