The Villa has the charm of a typical Mallorcan house built on a single floor and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor area has a porch where you can relax or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared on the barbecue next to the porch. The 8 x 4 m swimming pool governs the terrace area where we can sunbathe in the comfortable hammocks and enjoy the wonderful views available. Just [hidden] meters away there is a restaurant with the same name as the villa. All this in a natural setting and a peaceful atmosphere in the quiet area of Son Fe, a short drive from the historic center of Alcúdia, the famous town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia. A perfect place to explore the north of the island that offers, in addition to the sandy beaches and the sea, a large number of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars ... all year round.

There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped, next to it there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite and Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with beautiful views.
Outside, the garden area of more than [hidden] square meters has a variety of fruit trees, a saltwater pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Everything you need for an idyllic vacation with friends or family.
