It has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a toilet. The first floor consists of a full bathroom and a double bedroom. All rooms have outdoor access and overlook the garden and its surroundings.



This beautiful villa is located in one of the most sought-after areas on the northern coast of Mallorca, known for its tranquillity, its proximity to the sea, and its beautiful setting. There are spectacular views from the cliffs of its beautiful sandy and rocky beaches as well as of the coves of Mal Pas, La Victòria, and Manresa. The area is ideal for water sports such as diving, canoeing, paddle surfing, or fishing.



The property is situated near the town of Alcúdia, an ancient Roman city, where you will find supermarkets and enjoy a wide range of both traditional and international cuisine. You can walk along the city walls or shop at the weekly market every Tuesday and Sunday. The house also lies near Port de Pollença and La Marina, which are ideal for kite-surfing.
