The apartment is distributed in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

It is located in Port d’Alcúdia, a family-friendly tourist area with access to a wide variety of services: large supermarkets, a wide gastronomic offer, fashion stores, perfumeries, taxi service, car rentals, etc. Walking along the promenade that borders the beach to the port at sunset is a real pleasure. There, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at a restaurant by the sea or simply stroll through the marina. It is also very close to the beautiful town of Alcúdia, Pollença, or more touristy areas like Port de Pollença or Can Picafort.

The building is accessed via stairs without an elevator, which is reached after crossing the terrace of a restaurant that occupies the ground floor of the building. It is important to note that the area is very busy during the summer months, adding a lively atmosphere that may bring some noise near the apartment.
