Modern villa for 8 people, 100 m from the beach

This modern and immaculate villa is located just 100 metres from the beach. This area is known for its excellent kite surfing and is very popular among surfers. Located a short distance from the ancient walled city of Alcudia, this bright residence is the perfect base for a holiday in northern Mallorca.

The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by very well-maintained gardens.

There is a secure parking area at the front of the property. The back garden houses a closed swimming pool with a safety fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby is a brick barbecue in the shade of an old olive tree.

The swimming pool is next to a solarium with grassed area furnished with sun loungers.

Access to the villa is through a two-storey lobby with a characteristic wall and an open-plan staircase.

There is a spacious and airy lounge with double-aspect glass doors providing access to the front and rear terraces. This room, decorated with vibrant colours, features satellite television, WiFi, a large formal dining room and access to the kitchen.

The spacious state-of-the-art kitchen features a large island and has glass doors that provide access to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks nothing.

There are three rooms with two beds, one of them with a mural. They are furnished with taste and all have views of the garden.

These rooms are served by a high-specification bathroom that features a double walk-in shower.

The main suite is impressive. The double bed has views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has double-aspect glass walls that provide access to a balcony.

There is an enormous en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. It is dominated by a large sunken bathtub that has views of the sea through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide access to a balcony.

IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- Youth groups are not accepted.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
