Villa Lago is in a fantastic position, right next to Lake Estany Petit, just a few minutes walk from the center of Alcudia. The main street is full of a great variety of shops and places to eat. Beach enthusiasts are also well served with the complexes of the enormous Alcudia bay with sandy beach just a 15-minute walk away.

This charming 4-bedroom villa has a spacious and bright interior, with mountain and lake views from the pool and upper balconies, which are accessed through the two double bedrooms on the upper floor.

The villa features a well-maintained garden with lawn and a sunny pool and terrace facing south. From the pool side, you can see the impressive mountains in one direction, with views of the neighboring lake in the other. The covered part of the terrace provides shade for the outdoor dining area and barbecue zone.

The combined living and dining area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a table with chairs. The large double patio doors open to the dining room / pool terrace and allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. Next to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

Additionally, the wonderful sandy beach is a short walk away. Alcudia also has a beautiful old town with its local market on Tuesdays and Sundays, an elegant marina, a golf course with stunning sea views, and a popular water park, making it an excellent option.

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, groups of young people (under 25 years old) will not be accepted.

- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

- You must take responsibility for the garbage generated during your stay. Please separate the trash in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.

- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
