Next to the living area we will find the fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking requirements during your holidays. The lounge and kitchen open up to a large and partially covered terrace of 30 m².
The terrace is one of the main features of this property and will be the meeting point for all people staying in the house. Ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, watching TV, or just relaxing with friends and family. On the top floor there is a large roof terrace of 37 m² with loungers to sunbathe in privacy.
The property is totally enclosed by wall and therefore, is ideal for pets and children.
The main attraction of this property is the proximity to the beach of fine sand and clear warm waters. Moreover, this area is fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and beach bars. By foot you access to all services: bus, taxis, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc ......
