The beach is just 300 meters away, just 5 minutes walking. This bright apartment has a privileged balcony with views of Lake Esperanza located just 50 meters away and the nearby mountains.

The interior of the house, decorated in a simple and modern style, offers everything you need to rest as you deserve. In it, you will find a beautiful dining room with AC, TV and CD player where you can relax or enjoy a beautiful evening with your companions. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

At bedtime, you will find three bedrooms with air conditioning: One has two single beds, another with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a fan finish equipping the house. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The apartment is in the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. On the beautiful beach you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore, but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors or beach bars are also very close to the apartment. Don't forget to visit the town of Alcudia, where you can see the medieval wall, stroll through its narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers, and mingle with the locals on market days, which are Tuesdays and Sundays.

The air conditioning works from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 9:00.
