The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, and there are two full bathrooms in total, both equipped with a shower. The spacious living-dining room, decorated with a cosy style, offers satellite television and direct access to the terrace. The American kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to cook comfortably during your stay.

In the exterior, Villa Nico offers a perfect space for rest and entertainment. Enjoy the furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, a well-maintained garden area, and a barbecue for your summer evenings.
