Ca Na Blanca is a charming house in the center of Alcudia with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Terrace, Free WIFI Lan, lovely Patio and Swimming Pool.

Ca Na Blanca is a tasteful historical Majorcan house (few centuries old house) which has been renovated and refurnished carefully in March 2014. Large typical house of approx. 250 m2. a perfect place to feel far away from the tourist trail in an authentic Mallorcan Mediterranean village, Alcudia.

An historical arch and a typical Mallorcan stone-stairs will receive you in a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor there is the a Hall with over-sized sofa area, a Living Room with a 37’ flat satellite TV, free Wifi.

Next to the entrance we find a huge fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining area with views to the patio and the swimming pool. From there we can access the patio. Here we find an outdoor dining area and a lovely swimming pool with views to the wall and the local church. The perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holidays, sunny by day and plenty of stars by night. There is a BBQ outside.

At the first floor we will find two bedrooms: The white twin bedroom with two individual beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, and the green twin double bedroom with two individual beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, and private terrace with lovely views where you can sunbath or drink tea or wine in the evening on the terrace There is a family bathroom on the first floor. There´s AC in all rooms.
On the second floor we find an attic chill out corner plenty of light and privacy with a working table and a sofabed. From here we can access to the attic yellow bedroom of 160 cm x 200 cm. with bathroom en-suite.

A house for friends and family to enjoy a tasteful, individual and luxurious holiday. It’s right next to Alcudia's church of Sant Jaume, opposite which lies the Roman city of Pollentia and a little beyond the Roman theatre, a 'rara avis' because instead of being built, is dug into the rock.
The main Square is at just 150 meters. There you can eat in the evening and enjoy a Mediterranean lifestyle.

A row of orange trees mark the route of the main streets, the Carrer del Moll and Carrer Major. In these streets and we are adjacent to small jewellery shops, shoe shops, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, among many large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares. Alcúdia is one of those places where it's worth losing left its streets to discover around every corner a new charm, a new feel. Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, speeding up the pace of the city with the market.
