You also have a seesaw for a calm reading or a rest after having an appetizer under the umbrella and a tasty barbecue under the porch. This terrace has views and direct access to the beautiful lake of Puerto de Alcúdia.

The house has two beautiful living rooms, one of them with a TV and the other one with air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is really large and has a ceramic stove and all the necessary utensils and domestic appliances to as if you were at home. The laundry is separate and has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. There are four bedrooms, three of them with a wardrobe.
