Start your day with a delightful breakfast on the terrace before heading to the beach. After a relaxing day by the sea, return home to host a delicious barbecue on the porch, enjoying the outdoors. Unwind with a coffee or tea, relax with a book, and soak in the fresh sea breeze and warm sunlight. For your convenience, there are two outdoor showers where you can rinse off the salt or cool down without leaving the comfort of the house.






This is a two-story house. On the main floor, you'll find a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing while enjoying satellite TV. The adjacent dining area includes a table and chairs, ideal for family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, oven, and everything you'll need for cooking during your stay. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The second floor features three bedrooms, each with a closet, air conditioning, and direct access to a lovely terrace. One bedroom has a single bed, while the other two are furnished with double beds. The house also includes three bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and two with bathtubs on the upper floor, one of which has no window. Two radiators are available for additional comfort. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request.


The house is ideally located. On one hand, it is just a few steps away from the sea, and on the other hand, all essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, buses, taxis, and more are within walking distance. As for the beach, Puerto de Alcudia boasts one of the most beautiful stretches on the island, known for its vast size, white sand, and crystal-clear waters. You can also explore other stunning coves such as Cala San Vicente or La Victoria.
