Bonaire Roure has its own garden with swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a very nice upper terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an upper terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area and a private pool with sun loungers.
