The pool area is ideal for sunbathing or relaxing while enjoying the pleasant Mediterranean breeze. Additionally, you can pick fresh fruits such as loquats, oranges, or lemons from the garden.









The property is spread across two floors, featuring a unique blend of modern and traditional Majorcan decor. It includes three living rooms, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

On the main floor, you’ll find a vibrant yet cozy living room with a TV, an independent dining room, and a fully equipped gas kitchen with all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. This floor also houses a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

The first floor features two living rooms: one with a comfortable sofa and access to a terrace, and another that retains the traditional Majorcan style. There are three bedrooms on this level: two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are available upon request, with additional items available if needed. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and the house also has a fan, a radiator, and a pellet fireplace.

The village of Algaida, nestled in the Pla de Mallorca region, is celebrated for its serene wheat fields and its charming selection of local bars and restaurants offering delightful Majorcan cuisine. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, a visit to Randa is highly recommended. Here, you can explore scenic trails leading to the Santuario de Cura, where breathtaking views await.
