On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room and a fully equipped gas kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals. These can be enjoyed at the kitchen table or in the separate dining room. This floor also features a double bedroom with AC, heating, and garden access, a separate bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers a second living room with AC and a Smart TV, along with the remaining bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, AC, and heating. Two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms—one with a hydro-massage shower and the other with a standard shower and a dressing room. This floor also has an independent bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a gym area for your fitness needs.
For families traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request.


The property is situated less than a kilometre from the heart of Algaida, a charming inland village with traditional customs. Here, you'll find all essential services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and more. Its prime location also offers easy access to major roads, making it simple to reach any part of the island. The nearest beach is El Arenal, but due to its central position, you'll be able to explore a variety of beaches in any direction. Palma, the island's capital, is just a 25-minute drive away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
- The AC only emits cold air, but oil heating is available.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
- We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
