This authentic Majorcan property in Algaida, inland Majorca, accommodates up to 6 guests who will revel in the total peace and essence of the island.
The exterior area of this great finca offers peaceful moments surrounded by pure nature with absolute privacy. The plot features different corners where you can relax basking in the sun, reading a book or enjoying a drink and an appetiser. In addition, the porch becomes the perfect scenery for your meals.
This authentic Majorcan two-storey house meets you in a cosy living room with a TV-set which is open to the dining kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook during your stay. Both rooms offer a wall electric radiator. Upstairs, you have a second living that leads to the two bedrooms in the house, both with a closet and a ceiling fan. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds and another double bed. There're two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bath, accesible from the porch. There's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. And a baby cot and high chair are also available.
The property is located 4 km from Algaida, one of the most authentic inland towns that still preserves traditions and customs. Here, you'll find all you need like supermarket, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla, about 20 km away, although we recommend you visit the whole island and some paradisaical beaches like es Trenc or Cala Mondragó.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
