Discover this spectacular house with a private pool in the centre of the charming village of Algaida, perfect for a peaceful holiday in the heart of Mallorca. With capacity for 8 people, this cosy home is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday.
The exterior of the house offers everything you need to enjoy the outdoors, including a terrace with a refreshing 7x3 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, surrounded by a paved area ideal for sunbathing. There are two furnished porches where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor meals prepared on the barbecue. On the first floor, there is a second terrace overlooking the pool and sun loungers for sunbathing, and finally, another terrace overlooking the village on the third floor.

Entering the beautiful interior, distributed over 3 floors, you will find a spacious living room with a Smart TV and 2 sofas, and the dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with induction hob blends in perfectly with the dining room and living room. Completing this floor is the first bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Going up to the first floor, you are greeted by a cosy room with a sofa and Smart TV with access to the terrace. This room gives access to the 3 bedrooms on this floor, two with double beds and one with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hydromassage bath. Another bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. Finally, there is another floor with the last bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom opens onto the upper terrace. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board provided in the house.

Algaida is a charming Mallorcan village, where tradition and rural tranquillity combine with an excellent location. From here, it is easy to access the beautiful beaches of the south, such as Cala Pi, Es Trenc or Sa RĂ pita, all less than 30 minutes away by car. You will also be close to local wineries and some of the best gastronomic spots in the centre of the island. Cycling enthusiasts can leave their bikes parked on the terrace and enjoy the different routes offered by the Algaida area.
