Thanks to excellent regional roads, you will have easy access to the main points of the province of Málaga, from beaches to historical and cultural centres.

When entering Casa El Azahar, you will be surprised by the incredible panoramic views of the Guadalhorce Valley that you can enjoy from the saltwater pool or from either of the two terraces 🌅🏊‍♂️. The outdoor area is a true luxury: a spacious area around the pool and an outdoor kitchen with a gas griddle to prepare delicious lunches in company. Additionally, a second kitchen integrated into one of the wings of the house is equipped to support the barbecue area, with a small table and armchairs for greater comfort 🍴🔥.

The interior is equally welcoming and functional. The main entrance provides access to a spacious and bright living-dining room, while the 5 bedrooms are distributed to guarantee privacy and intimacy between them 🛏️💤. All have air conditioning for optimal rest at any time of the year. The house has an area of 155 m², with capacity for 10 people, ideal for families or large groups.

The American gas kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. In addition, the plot is fenced, has a garden and outdoor furniture, fireplace for cool nights, heat pump heating and outdoor parking in the same building 🚗🌿.

The location is perfect for enjoying multiple activities and attractions: just 15 km from the beaches of Torremolinos and Torrequebrada, 100 m from the Lauro Golf course, close to supermarkets, theatres and theme parks such as Tivoli World and Aqualand Torremolinos. For nature lovers, the Sierra de las Nieves and the Guadalhorce Reservoir are about 35 km away, while the María Zambrano AVE Station and Málaga International Airport are 22 km and 15 km away respectively ✈️🏞️.
