Discover this spacious and bright terraced house of 173 m², perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people looking for rest, space and a privileged location next to the Lauro Golf course, one of the best golf courses in the Guadalhorce Valley, with a social club that provides excellent attention and catering service (not included). ⛳

The property offers a modern and comfortable environment with views of the golf course, garden, and mountain, combining tranquillity and proximity to all services. It has 3 main bedrooms, as well as an open area on the upper floor with two single beds and access to two private terraces, ideal for enjoying the sunrise and sunset.
