Ground Floor: The lower level features a fully equipped independent kitchen, complete with modern appliances such as a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, paella pan, juicer, and washing machine. All necessary utensils and cutlery are thoughtfully provided. Additionally, two inviting living rooms grace the ground floor. The main living space exudes coziness with a 5-seater sofa, Chromecast-equipped TV, air conditioning, a decorative fireplace (non-functional), a work desk area, and direct access to the terrace. A second living room offers a comfortable sofa bed for two, another TV, and air conditioning.
