This spacious 125 m² dwelling offers a cosy atmosphere with open views of the mountain, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the Costa del Sol climate. The house has 3 bedrooms, two with 1.35cm beds and one with a 1.50cm bed, providing comfortable rest for all guests.

The interior is designed to enjoy in any season of the year, with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wifi, Smart TV, mosquito nets throughout the house and heat pump heating. The American induction kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, offering everything necessary for short or long stays. It also has a cot and high chair, ideal for families with babies.

The exterior is one of its great attractions: private garden, terrace of 36 m² with outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue and private pool of 3x5 metres, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the natural surroundings. Next to the pool you will also find a bathroom with a shower, very practical during summer days.

The property has two covered parking spaces within the estate, as well as a plot of land in front of the house with additional space for large vehicles, which is especially convenient for groups or families travelling with multiple cars.

Located just a few minutes from Alhaurín el Grande and its restaurants, shops and services, the house also offers easy access to places such as Barranco Blanco, golf courses, natural parks, Málaga capital or the beaches of the Costa del Sol, all within less than 30 minutes by car.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards involve an additional cost that must be paid upon entry.
