Located less than five minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and about 25 minutes from Fuengirola, this house is perfect for combining nature and comfort. You can relax in its private pool with spectacular views of the forest, an ideal place to cool off in summer and enjoy magical nights under the starry sky. The pool has a pergola with a table and six chairs so you can have lunch outdoors and watch the little ones with complete peace of mind.

Access is simple, with a 100-metre path that leads to a plain where you can park comfortably. From the first moment you will feel the privacy and comfort offered by this accommodation, equipped with unlimited WIFI and air conditioning in all rooms. The side entrance leads to a glazed terrace that opens completely, providing a versatile space to have breakfast with sunrise views or read quietly in the cool of the afternoon.

On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with comfortable sofas and television with internet channels, directly connected to the glazed terrace-dining room which also functions as a reading area. Going up to the upper floor, you will discover two spacious and well-conditioned bedrooms, with air conditioning in all rooms to guarantee your comfort. Between these bedrooms is a second bathroom with a shower tray, ideal for families or groups of up to six people.

Due to the location and characteristics of the accommodation, next to the forest, barbecues or lighting fires are prohibited, which guarantees a safe and quiet environment. In addition, direct access to the local road A-387 facilitates quick connection with Alhaurín el Grande and its numerous shops, so you won't lack anything during your stay. In less than 30 minutes by car, you can also enjoy the beaches of Fuengirola and other attractions of the Costa del Sol.

The house, of 100 m², offers views of the mountain and the garden, with a cosy atmosphere on a fenced plot that includes garden furniture, a 10 m² terrace and its own outdoor parking. Among the technological services, unlimited WIFI internet access and television with channels in Spanish, English and French stand out so that you feel at home. In addition, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable and practical stay.
