Located on a fenced plot with a removable pool, it has a private and peaceful outdoor area of around 120 m², ideal for relaxing under the pergola while children enjoy the pool or preparing delicious lunches on the barbecue. 🏊‍♂️🍗

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall that leads to a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer) to prepare everything from simple to elaborate meals. It also has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and television to gather and relax, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both with air conditioning for your comfort.
