This spectacular luxury villa for 12 people, built in 2020, combines modernity and comfort in a private and exclusive setting. Surrounded by high walls to guarantee your privacy, the villa has an impressive entrance hall with a large glass window that connects to a dream kitchen and a spacious, modern, comfortable and elegant living room. From here, you access an outdoor space ideal for relaxation: chill-out area with table football, hammock, children's swing, water fountain and barbecue, as well as a large trampoline for unforgettable family moments.

On the upper floor, an intimate terrace with outdoor furniture and hammocks invites you to enjoy unique sunsets. The rooms are distributed to offer comfort and privacy: a main suite with large windows and an environment illuminated with LED lights, a children's room with a bunk bed and four other spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor, which receives natural light thanks to its semi-basement design.

The private swimming pool is designed with a beach effect and features a high-security sliding glass system, ideal for keeping it open or closed as needed, especially for children's safety. In addition, the pool has solar panels and heaters that increase the water temperature in summer, making each swim a unique experience. In winter, the villa offers underfloor water heating, ensuring exceptional comfort in all rooms.

Designed to facilitate your stay, the villa has an exterior bathroom to avoid wetting the interior and is equipped with high-speed WIFI, centralised air conditioning and 6 televisions with satellite TV and PlayStation PSP, as well as toys for children.
