Welcome to your holiday villa in Quinta do Mar, a peaceful enclave between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just about 1 km from the beach.

Villa Valentina is the last house in the development, so there are no passing cars, and it is tastefully decorated to offer everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable family stay.

Step inside to five welcoming bedrooms and six bathrooms, with space for up to 14 guests across 10 beds plus a sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a super‑king bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with bath and shower, both with air conditioning. Upstairs, you will find a super‑king bedroom with TV and private bathroom with bath and shower column, plus a king‑size bedroom with private bathroom with bath and shower, also air‑conditioned. On the lower floor, a bedroom with four single beds and a private shower room is perfect for children or friends, while a cosy space between the upstairs bedrooms offers a sofa bed for two extra guests, and there is an additional guest WC on the ground floor.

The kitchen is practical and fully fitted, with a central island, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the indispensable accessories for easy holiday cooking, and it has direct access to the BBQ area. The bright living room benefits from large windows opening onto the garden and pool, and a fireplace helps create a more cosy atmosphere on cooler winter days. In the basement, the house turns into a leisure zone, with a pool table, table tennis and a football table, plus Wi‑Fi broadband and TV with English channels such as BBC and ITV. An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled in each room to play local radio, and central air conditioning serves the whole villa except the generally cooler basement.

Outside, an artificial waterfall runs directly into the pool, adding the relaxing sights and sounds of running water. The swimming pool is about 9 × 4.5 metres, with depths from roughly 0.75 m at the steps to 1.6 m at the deep end, and includes an additional Jacuzzi for four or more people; pool heating is available from April to October at extra cost, with at least 48 hours’ notice and subject to suitable temperatures. Around the pool, there are 10 sun loungers and a shaded pergola with a large outdoor dining table and chairs for 12, plus a charcoal BBQ and a set of outdoor sofas, chairs and a table, creating a perfect setting for long al fresco meals and relaxed evenings.

There is secure parking for three or more cars inside the property, giving extra peace of mind. Guests also have free use of the nearby urbanisation tennis court, adding another option for fun and exercise during your stay.
