This spacious and modern 5-bedroom dwelling is located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just 800 metres from Ancão Beach, a privileged area of the Algarve due to its natural beauty. It is decorated with great refinement and contains everything you need for excellent family holidays.

In total, there are 5 bedrooms, all en-suite and with air conditioning. The rooms are spacious and decorated with glamour to make your holidays more special.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 single beds, both decorated in pleasant white, grey, and black tones, in a modern and comfortable style. The double bedroom's bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, the single room's bathroom offers a shower with a hydromassage column.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, decorated in white and gold tones, and two rooms with two single beds each, one in brown and beige tones and another in white and bordeaux tones. All bathrooms are spacious and have a bathtub with jacuzzi. The individual room in brown tones has a small terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun and appreciate the magnificent view over the sea farm.

The house features an elegant and practical kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other essential accessories to make your holidays more comfortable. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ and consequently to the pool area.
The living room is spacious and bright, its open structure with high ceiling allows you to view the corridors of the first floor, a situation that gives it elegance and some eccentricity. The fireplace makes the space more welcoming on winter days.
The house's basement has been transformed into a leisure space, comfortable with all the amenities to enjoy late nights, watching a film or playing snooker. A table for card games and a comfortable sofa make this space more welcoming.
There is a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, television with Portuguese and English channels via cable. A sound system runs throughout the house and can be individually controlled in each room.
The air conditioning is central and through ducts and benefits all rooms of the villa.

The spacious garden and the overflow pool beautifully and relaxingly enhance the environment. The pool is approximately 12 metres long by 6 metres wide and will certainly delight our guests. The deepest area is 2.20 metres, with the shallowest area being 0.75 metres, the pool has an incorporated spacious jacuzzi for 4 people. The pool can be heated only between April and October, at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), however if temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service. Also outdoors, a large dining space, prepared for 10 people and supported by an excellent BBQ, right next to the practical kitchen, allows excellent family moments. The outdoor furniture consisting of sofas, chairs and a support table complete the scene.
Outdoors you can also enjoy table tennis and spaces to entertain the younger ones.
