La Casa Arboleas is a very well located holiday villa for 6 people with private pool. The three-bedroom holiday home is situated on a spacious estate of approx. 700m2 in the beautiful Arboleas (Almeria, Costa Almeria, Spain).

The interior is comfortable with on the ground floor a spacious lounge with air conditioning and ceiling fans. From the lounge an archway leads to a fully fitted kitchen. To the right of the lounge is a small hallway which then leads to the family bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master, which is a lovely large room with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. To the rear of the lounge double sliding doors lead to a lovely veranda and a third bedroom.

From the veranda, a door leads to the private pool and garden. The garden is very well maintained and offers tiled patios and sun terraces for sunbathing and sitting. From the terraces you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountains. The rear garden centres around the illuminated and heated private pool (8x4m and 2.20m depth, with roller cover and roman steps in pool).

Located just steps away from a popular bar-restaurant, 3 minutes drive from the village of Arboleas which offers all necessary amenities, 35-40 minutes from the seaside resorts and only one hour from the nearest airport.
