The accommodation has two bedrooms (one exterior double bedroom and one interior bedroom with two 90 cm single beds), one bathroom with a shower, an open-plan living room with a pull-out trundle/sofa bed, a fully fitted American-style kitchen and a sunny terrace with a table, chairs and a retractable awning. A/C is available in the lounge and in one of the bedrooms.

There is the option to rent a parking space either in the same building or in a nearby car park; alternatively, you can park along the seafront promenade. No communal/shared private spaces — the apartment is entirely for your use.
