AT302 Fortí: Seafront cottage with private access to the beach, 10 metres from
the water. It has an area of 75 sqm + terraces.First floor: living-dining room
with open plan kitchen with all comforts, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
NESPRESSO coffee machine, mini blender. Bathroom and terrace with beautiful
views of the beach, the fishing village of Altafulla, the promenade and the
castle of Tamarit. Also from the sofa. First floor: 3 bedrooms and a complete
bathroom. Distribution 1 double bed, 2 trundle beds convertible into a double
bed of 160cm and a single bed. It is very pleasant to fall asleep lulled by the
sound of the sea. Third floor : Large terrace, 35 meters, with stunning
unobstructed views of the beach and the sea, the castle of Tamarit and the
village of Altafulla. Ideal place to enjoy spectacular sunsets while sharing a
barbecue with fresh fish. There is a great fishmonger's 8, or 9 minutes walk
along the beach or the promenade. You will also have a storage room where you
can keep all your beach utensils and a hose to remove the salt from the sea
without having to enter the house. It is especially comfortable with small
children who enjoy going to and from the beach without having to cross roads,
or having to walk with their belongings or worry about finding a place to park
the car. The house has air conditioning on the first floor, washing machine and
drying area for clothes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen,
towels, flat screen TV with access to watch all your favourite films on your
favourite platforms, fully equipped kitchen and FREE WIFI. Group reservations
made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
