AT303 Botigues de Mar: This property has an unbeatable location: on the promenade in front of the beach of Altafulla. The house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, access to the garage (with capacity for one car), a bathroom and the entrance to the house, which leads directly to the promenade and beach. Upstairs we find a second living room (also with views), kitchen and two double rooms. Finally, on the top floor, the attic was enabled as a double bedroom with a bathroom and access to the terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea. Spend a great holidays in 'Botigues de Mar' and beachfront! Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.

Es un lugar que ya conocíamos, una ubicación excelente para pasar unos días frente al mar y desconectar.

01/04/2024We loved to spend our holidays in this beautiful appartment located directly at Altafulla's rambla. It's not only the free view to the ocean but also the space and the art collection of the owner that made us feel more living in someone's home rather than in a holiday accomodation. What keeps the place from being perfect is that the best times of parts of the interior are behind it. But who needs a dishwasher if he has a piano and a garage?
