Villa San Marino is a bright and spacious single level property, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and a relaxing holiday setting in Alvor.

The living area is welcoming and generous in size, offering an ideal space for socializing and leisure. Integrated within this area, there is a dedicated entertainment zone with a pool table and a ping pong table, providing enjoyable moments for family and friends.

The property features four double bedrooms, all en suite with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is also an additional guest bathroom inside the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously integrated with the social area, offering ideal conditions for preparing meals in a practical and pleasant way.

Outside, the villa boasts an elegant infinity heatable pool (extra cost), surrounded by well maintained gardens and several outdoor dining areas. A barbecue area is available for relaxed outdoor meals, and there is also an exterior guest bathroom for added convenience. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
