Upon entering the house, on the right-hand side, there is an independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare your meals. Further on, there is a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, next to a bathroom with a shower and sink. Opposite the entrance, you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining room with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, leading to a cozy dining area surrounded by windows, perfect for enjoying natural light. In the sleeping area, there is a single bedroom and another with a double bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower and separate sink. Air conditioning in the hallway ensures comfort throughout the sleeping area. From the living room, there is access to a lovely porch with a high table and stools, ideal for outdoor drinks. Outside, the villa offers a large private pool with sun loungers, table and chairs, a barbecue and a parasol to enjoy al fresco dining on sunny days. The property also features a 13-metre mooring for boats. Bright and tastefully decorated, the villa is perfect for families or couples seeking relaxation and privacy. Pets are not allowed and bed linen is not included in the price, but can be rented for €15 per person (sheets) or €25 per person (sheets and towels). Youth groups are not accepted.
