Home Select International offers this charming house for rent, located on Noguera Street in Empuriabrava. Upon entering the property through the sliding gate, there is space to park at least two cars. There’s also a cozy terrace to enjoy the morning sun. To the right of the garage (not available for use), a small passage leads to the patio where the washing machine is located. Inside the house, there is a comfortable area with a sofa bed and a wardrobe. To the left of this space is a double bedroom with a large bed (150x190), bedside tables, lamps, and air conditioning. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink with a mirror. To the right of the area with the sofa bed, there is a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Adjacent to this is a bedroom with two single beds (80x200), bedside tables, a lamp, wardrobes, and a window overlooking the front garden. The living room features a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a television with French channels. To the right is the open kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, and blender. Between the dining area and kitchen is a bar with two barstools, and the dining area has a table with four chairs.
