Discover this rural house in Antequera, perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of the natural surroundings with space, privacy and all the comforts for a comfortable stay. With 170 m², 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people, it is an excellent option for families or groups of friends.

The property offers open views of the mountain, a private garden and a spacious 200 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. It features a private swimming pool, charcoal and wood barbecue, outdoor furniture and parking within the estate. Pets are accepted, although it is important to note that the plot is not fenced.

Inside you will find a cosy atmosphere throughout the year: wood-burning stove in the living room and pellet stove in the living room-kitchen, as well as electric radiators in the bedrooms (no air conditioning). The accommodation has 4 televisions, one in each bedroom, one of them being a Smart TV. It also has wifi, security system with alarm (disconnected during the traveller's stay), washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fans and mosquito nets in bedrooms.

The American gas kitchen is equipped with a small oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and complete kitchenware. It does not have a dishwasher. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are offered upon request.
