Description of the accommodation

Please note that the property is located 600m above sea level and to reach it, you must drive steep mountainous roads, making it only suitable for confident drivers. We will be happy to meet you for a personalized check-in between 3 pm and 8 pm on your day of arrival.

The house

The traditional and charming property features a beautifully landscaped garden with native fruit trees and an enchanting outdoor dining area with a Canary barbeque. Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets sitting at the table and chairs on the balcony that wraps around the west side of the house. The casita's ground floor has a living area and bathroom with spectacular valley views from the balcony.

The double bedroom is located in the attic and features a comfortable double bed (150 cm), eaves window, wall-mounted television, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a large patio with two sun beds to lounge on and take in the spectacular garden and view.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor, accessed through the landscaped garden among the fruit trees, and connected to the barbeque and outdoor dining area. The kitchen features an electric stove, microwave, large butler sink, and fridge, as well as an indoor living and dining area.

You can even pick fresh herbs from the surrounding garden to add to your salad and barbeque.

Choose to dine inside or in the picnic area outside under the trees while enjoying the sound of the mountains - the birds, the wind in the trees, and maybe the odd rooster or mountain goat.

Check-in / check-out

As the house is in a rural location and can be difficult to find for the first time, we will meet you to take you to the house and do a personal check-in. Therefore, check-in can be anytime from 3 pm until 8 pm. Check-out is by 11 am on the day of departure

Online check-in before arrival

As per the current vacation rental decree (Spanish law), we kindly ask all guests over the age of 18 to submit their IDs before arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning

We take pride in ensuring that the house is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.

We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.

Mid-stay cleaning

If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.

Families

We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Remote working

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar, vor allem die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus war unbeschreiblich schön.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Luis welcomed us and gave us plenty of great recommendations to make the most of our stay. On top of his friendliness, the place, the garden and the view was like a piece of paradise. Thank you for everything !

Lovely secluded terrace and garden. Very clean. We’d have enjoyed it more if we’d known:The entrance is on a 40 degree angle and 90 degree turn. Not great in the dark. The toilet really is a no paper flush:my forgetfulness after a wee blocked it. V helpful in coming to unblock it though. The shower is v small : take something you can hook over the shower hose as there’s no shelf in the shower for toiletries and it’s too small to bend down to pick stuff up. Some of the problems were our inexperience of Tenerife roads and customs as our first time there. It’s a long trek to the shops so pack your food well. The hobs and microwave are fine. There isn’t an oven. If you want to sit peacefully in the sun with a pile of books and you’d stocked your pantry well it would be heaven. We were driving around to walk over the island coming back late and tired so the roads and the shower were more of an inconvenience.

Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist recht steil und kurvig. Wir haben uns mit Gastgeber Luis bei unserer Ankunft an einer Tankstelle getroffen, von wo aus er mit seinem Auto voraus gefahren ist. Damit stellte die Anfahrt eigentlich kein Problem dar. Er hat uns vor Ort dann alles gezeigt und uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und schöne Orte auf Teneriffa gegeben.Das Häuschen ist am Hang gelegen, also perfekt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt mit bester Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben in der Unterkunft alles vorgefunden, was wir für einen entspannten Aufenthalt gebraucht haben.Als es einmal ein Problem mit der Toilettenspülung gab, hat Luis sogleich Handwerker engagiert, die sich schnell darum gekümmert haben. Das war sehr freundlich.

Dit huisje is een heerlijke verblijfplaats om te genieten van de rust, de natuur en het prachtig uitzicht. Zoals in eerdere reviews gelezen, was de route naar het huisje heel steil maar als je een beetje kan rijden is dat geen probleem. het huis was heel proper en we werden warm onthaald door de lieve eigenaars. Absoluut een aanrader!
