About 200 meters away there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping area. There is also a pharmacy, car rental... ideal for a family vacation.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 peopleand has been recently renovated.
It consists of a living room with air conditioning, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, kettle, Italian coffee maker and a toaster.
It has a separate laundry room with washing machine and a drying area.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and another double bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and sunbeds.
