The property features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool and fully equipped garden, including sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate throughout the day.
Inside, a large window opens onto a bright and spacious living room with comfortable seating and dining areas, directly connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

The villa offers 5 spacious and well-distributed bedrooms, designed to ensure rest and privacy for all guests, as well as 4 full bathrooms, making it ideal for large groups or multiple families. The property accommodates up to 11 guests and provides free WiFi throughout.

The villa has heating in all rooms. However, it does not have air conditioning; fans will be provided.
