The ground floor features a bright living room with a spacious dining area that connects to the kitchen and one of the exterior terraces. It also has a full bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three cozy double bedrooms and another full bathroom.

The terrace, connected to the living room, offers unobstructed views of the surroundings. It features a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company, such as another larger dining area and a smaller one next to the entrance of the house.
