As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large swimming and a garden surrounding the house. Also it has a large furnished terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors

Ariany is a small town located east of the island. There you will find some restaurants, supermarkets, and various services. In addition, in the center every Thursday the weekly market is held, a perfect occasion to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or other artisanal products. Without a doubt, it is an ideal place to discover the essence of Mallorca. On the other hand, the house is only twenty minutes by car from the tourist areas of Can Picafort and Platges de Muro and its spectacular sandy beaches.
