The outdoor areas invite you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a well-designed setting. The 6x2-metre chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.80 metres, is ideal for cooling off in complete peace of mind and also features a child safety system. The paved area is perfect for relaxing in the sun, unwinding, or preparing a delicious meal on the portable barbecue.

The interior is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, the living-dining room with exposed beams, fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning is ideal for relaxing and enjoying long evenings with your companions. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook and feel at home. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. On the second floor are the three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. Two bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony, and if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. Going up the stairs, you can access another small open terrace with two chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying a drink in peace while taking in the beautiful sea views.

The location is perfect, as it has everything you need for a great holiday. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the village with all its services is practically right outside the door. S’Estanyol is a lovely residential area next to Colònia de Sant Pere, known for being an old fishing village where this tradition is still preserved. Moreover, the location is ideal for exploring the north of the island, with easy access to hiking routes, natural coves and charming villages.
