Welcome to Artà and to this charming villa with private pool, where 2-6 guests can spend a quiet holiday.

The village of Artà is in the east of Majorca and it is famous for the picturesque old town and the weekly market. Artà has many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We recommend you to visit the monastery of Sant Salvador, the Artà Caves and the beaches Canyamel and Cala Agulla. A car is essential.

The 2-storey villa counts with a 3 x 7 metres private chlorine pool with a depth of 1,9 metres; surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. The spacious garden is home to many fruit and olive trees. There’s a porch with barbecue where you can enjoy great al-fresco dining.

The house has a cosy living room with satellite-TV and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker. There are 3 bedroom, two of them with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Besides, there is free Wifi, another bathroom with shower and fans.

To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) payment will be made before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
