Spectacular family finca in Artà with private pool and garden

Welcome to this spectacular finca with private pool and terrace near Artà, ideal for families up to 6 persons.

Artà, in the east of Mallorca, is a picturesque medieval village with many restaurants, cafés and shops. You can visit the Sanctuary, from where you can enjoy panoramic views. Cala Ratjada and Son Moll beach are 11 km from the house while the Capdepera golf course is 6.5 km away. A car is necessary and can be parked on the estate itself.

The exterior of the finca is spectacular, well maintained and invites to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The private chlorine pool has a size of 4,5 m x 8,5 m and is fenced, ideal if you are travelling with children. The depth varies between 1 and 2 metres. The pool terrace is equipped with several sun loungers and parasols. The finca has plenty of space, a well-kept garden, several terraces and beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.

The 2-storey house is very comfortable and stately. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a hall and a living room with satellite TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, filter coffee machine, oven and vitro hob. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is a separate bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. On request, the owner can provide a cot and a high chair.

The deposit of 300 Eur will be held by credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.

Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
