With an area of 450 m² and capacity for up to 12 people, this estate offers a unique experience of disconnection, nature, and comfort. The main house is distributed over two floors and has 6 bedrooms, 6 interior bathrooms, several living rooms, an office and an independent kitchen, all carefully decorated with a rustic style and modern amenities.

All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, except Higuera, which has a private external bathroom located very close to the room.

The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi connection, satellite television (in several languages), sound equipment, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and mosquito nets in all rooms. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, complete crockery, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, water boiler and juicer: everything necessary to prepare group meals and enjoy long after-meal conversations in the countryside.

🖼️ Outside, guests will enjoy two porches, a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, and a barbecue pavilion with dining area, fridge, barbecue, outdoor crockery and a bathroom with shower. Next to the pavilion is a spectacular swimming pool with solar shower, sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing during the warmest months. Pool towels will be available.

The property has an indoor parking area with capacity for two vehicles, as well as plenty of space outside.
The perimeter of the house and the pavilion is fenced within an extensive private plot, ideal for walking and observing livestock and animals in freedom, and at night, contemplating the sky in all its splendour.

Finca El Álamo is more than a rural house: it is a refuge of peace, nature and Extremaduran tradition, where every corner has been designed for rest and connection with the environment.

📌 House Rules:

The maximum capacity is 12 people, including children. No one under 25 years old is accepted. The accommodations are conditioned according to the number of people staying, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.

No events or parties are permitted.

No caravans, tents or any other type of additional overnight stay that exceeds the stated capacity are permitted.

Smoking is not permitted within the facilities. All buildings are smoke-free spaces.

ℹ️ Notes

The bed sheets and towels are changed once a week, depending on the stay as well.

Arrivals after 21:00 incur an additional cost of €100.
