The apartment's capacity is up to 7 people. It has an independent kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom without toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler, ceramic hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, bed sheets and hair dryer are included.

The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of the Eixample. It is a very safe, quiet but at the same time active area, full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with the young and international atmosphere.
