Renovated two-bedroom and one-bathroom flat, refurbished in August 2016, is located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the well-known Portal del Ángel, and next to the Church of Santa Anna.

You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.

The lounge features a flat-screen television, dining table with chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower.

Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.

Apartments may vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same general characteristics. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a specific apartment.

No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.88 per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.
