In addition, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and a nest bed with two singles that can be joined to create a double bed). The apartment offers all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: air conditioning, heating, SmartTV, iron + ironing board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, bed linen and towels.

The apartment is perfect for business trips or holidays, located in the central Poble Sec district and close to the Barcelona "FIRA" Exhibition Centre. It is also only 800 metres from Plaza España and near the historic centre. The apartment is located in the Poble Sec neighbourhood of Barcelona, known for its theatres, tapas bars and cinemas, right in front of the "Tickets" restaurant by Ferran Adrià (Spain's most famous chef).

You can also walk to Pl. Catalunya, Las Ramblas or the port from the apartment (no more than 15 minutes). Finally, the "Fira Barcelona" (Barcelona Fair) is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, right where Carrer Paral·lel meets Plaça Espanya.

For stays of more than 7 days, the bed linen and towels are replaced.

Although located in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet; once you close the door, you forget all the hustle and bustle of the city...

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the guest and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and will also keep the deposit.

Booking Conditions:

-Tourist tax not included: €5.5 per person / night

-A €250 deposit will be held during your stay.

-Please note that the check-in
From 21:00 to 23:00, there is a charge of €30 to be paid in cash at the time.
From 23:00 to 01:00, there is a charge of €50 to be paid in cash at the time.
From 01:00 onwards, there is a charge of €100 to be paid in cash at the time.

Cot, the price will be €10/day. It is on request, please remind us a few days before your arrival.
