Two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment completely renovated since February 2019, located next to the Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, in a modernist style, with an exceptional location, just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.

It has air conditioning, safe and free Wi-Fi connection.

With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors make this apartment breathe a modern and warm style.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area equipped with a flat-screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.

The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile check-in available from 15:00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 6.88€ per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen party reservations.
