Renovated two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment in August 2016 is located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the well-known Portal del Ángel, and next to the church of Santa Anna.

You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.

The living room has a flat-screen television, dining table with chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower.

Towels and bedding are provided upon arrival.

Apartments can vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same general characteristics. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned to you.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile check-in available from 15:00.

Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of 30€.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of 6.88€ per adult and night up to a maximum of seven nights.
