Modern duplex near Plaça d'Espanya with air conditioning and Wi-Fi

Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located a few blocks from Plaza de España, close to the Old Town and Barcelona port. Very near the apartment you will find the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is just a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many gastronomic options.

It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.

The building is completely renovated with a modern style, while at the same time continuing to maintain the Catalan and traditional vaulted ceilings.

At street level, there is the dining room, comfortable and bright, equipped with a flat-screen television, which provides access to a covered terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs; the kitchen, fully equipped and also has access to the terrace and a bathroom fitted with a shower.

On the first floor of the apartment, we find two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower. On this same level, there is another small terrace.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

Towels and bedding are provided for the stay.

No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It has a cost of £6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
